梭魚的做法簡單又好吃

  1、将梭魚去鱗去内髒洗淨、切半、打花刀、控幹,蔥姜蒜切片備用。

  2、鍋入适量油燒至三成熱時放入梭魚煎至兩面金黃。

  3、将煎好的梭魚放入鍋内烹料酒,倒入紅燒汁及蔥姜蒜片大火煮沸後改小火燒至湯汁收幹即可出鍋。
