  1、準備豆腐300g,五花肉20g,水500ml,胡蘿蔔50g,木耳10g,幹辣椒10g,生抽10ml,糖100g,耗油10g,蔥姜蒜各10g,油100ml。

  2、豆腐切塊,五花肉切片,蔥姜蒜切片,辣椒切段,木耳泡發,故蘿蔔切片,鍋中燒油把豆腐油煎至微黃,把五花肉肉先煸炒出來。

  3、放入耗油,生抽,老抽,蔥姜蒜,盛出備用,把蔥姜辣椒煸香,放入煎好的豆腐,加點水,生抽,小火焖1分鐘,加入五花肉,木耳,胡蘿蔔,出鍋。
