  1、配料:胡蘿蔔250克,香菜2克,精鹽、味精、麻油、姜絲、醬油、白糖皆适量。

  2、把胡蘿蔔洗淨,切成細絲後晾幹。

  3、香菜去雜後洗淨,切碎。

  4、把胡蘿蔔絲放在溫開水裡泡軟,撈出後擠幹,用姜絲拌和裝盤,上邊撒上香菜。

  5、再取小碗,放入醬油、白糖、精鹽、味精、麻油、拌勻,淋在胡蘿蔔絲上即可。
