  1、食譜原料:牛排5片、橙子2個。

  2、先将牛排每片切成三等分,用少量的鹽、糖、酒及醬油腌拌一下。

  3、橙子洗淨後,一個榨汁待用,另一個切成四等分後取下果肉切成片狀,用四分之一的皮切成條狀備用。

  4、将炒鍋放入适量的油,先煎牛排3或5分鐘,然後加入橙子汁及橙果肉,快速炒至牛排全熟并吸入橙汁液後盛盤。

  5、最後洗淨炒鍋,入油少許,待油沸時立即将橙子皮爆炸一下後,立刻撈起,撒在牛排上即可。
