  1、将白菜的葉與梗分開,把葉切成整片狀,梗切成薄片狀。

  2、雞肉切成絲薄片。

  3、胡蘿蔔切成薄長片。

  4、在鍋中加入味精、水、白菜梗、胡蘿蔔後,打開火,煮沸後,改用文火煮,同時加入雞肉去煮。

  5、待雞肉煮熟後,倒入白菜葉,煮至變軟後,撒上鹽即可。
