  1、五花肉切薄片,大蒜切片,姜切絲,青尖椒斜刀切段,紅尖椒斜刀切段。

  2、油溫7成熱,放入五花肉炒至變色,放入蒜片姜絲爆香,放入料酒、生抽、豆瓣醬炒出紅油。

  3、加入白糖翻炒均勻,放入青尖椒、紅尖椒翻炒2分鐘,放入1勺鹽、1勺雞精調味即可。
