1、初級藥師屬于衛生部發藥學資格證書，适用醫院藥房的工作人員。俗稱藥劑師。目前藥店與駐店藥師通用。不過它不能代替執業藥師證書。國家規定藥店必須有執業藥師證才能正常營業。
2、初級藥師是職稱，在醫院工作需要考的，以後可以考中級主管藥師，去評高級職稱。如果你有了執業中藥師資格（層次高于初級藥師），那麼這個資格就毫無作用了。
