  1、将雞腿洗幹淨,撒上姜片、十三香,加入醬油、米酒,攪拌均勻。腌制30分鐘,打雞蛋,給雞腿裹上澱粉、雞蛋液、面包糠。起鍋熱油,放入雞腿,小火慢炸,炸至金黃,出鍋裝盤。

  2、将雞肉切成條,加入白蘭地、精鹽、胡椒粉拌勻。雞蛋打入碗内,加入澱粉調成糊,放入雞肉條裹勻。炒鍋注油燒至八成熟,下入雞肉條炸至金黃色,撈出裝盤。
