  1、關東煮(主料)蝦丸、魚丸、魚豆腐、蟹柳、蝦餃2個、蝦皮、幹貝10克(調料)鹽、醬油、雞精、蚝油1/2湯匙

  2、關東煮的做法:準備幹貝和蝦米備用,準備各類丸子;将蝦米和幹貝放入鍋中煮,煮開的湯裡,加适量的蚝油、醬油繼續煮;用勺子舀一勺湯汁,煮幹貝和蝦皮的湯汁鮮味出來時,放入準備好的丸子,将丸子煮熟後;關火;裝碗即可。
