  1、烏雞、乳鴿 、鹌鹑分别宰殺洗淨,加姜片、料酒巴、整姜腌漬片刻後,将鹌鹑從乳鴿開口取髒處塞入乳鴿體内,再把乳鴿從烏雞開口處塞入烏雞體内。

  2、取炖盆一隻,将烏雞置入,注放清水,下姜片、蔥結、枸杞、香菇、精鹽、味精、白糖、淋少許油,上籠旺火蒸兩個小時取出,揀出姜片、蔥結,調正味道即成。
