1、世界上不存在“刹車證”這種證件，這個問題應該是“駕駛證多久審一次”才對。根據最新交規，駕駛照在6年有效期内不用年審。
2、自2008年5月1日《道路交通安全法》實施起，駕駛證的最短有效期為6年，C1證以下駕駛證在有效期内不再參加年審。駕駛員應在有效期滿前90天内到所屬交警分局辦理換證；
3、持A照和B照、N照、P照的司機雖然在有效期内不再參加年審，但應在原年審時限的15日之内，到所屬交警分局的車管科領取《機動車駕駛證申請表》按規定填寫，在貼上照片到醫院體檢後，再将申請表交回車管科進行微機确認；
