1、首先将電腦關機後重新開機，在開機時候不斷按F8進入。
2、選擇安全模式，回車進入，進入到安全模式後。
3、按win+r打開運行窗口，輸入cmd，回車，在命令提示窗口。
4、輸入chkdsk/f/r，回車，然後按y，退出頁面。
5、重新啟動電腦，系統會自動修複硬盤，一般就可以恢複。
