  1、香米一杯淘洗幹淨,用清水浸泡30分鐘;

  2、新鮮的海蛎子在流水下沖洗幹淨;

  3、撬開海蛎子,用小刀割下海蛎子肉,待用;

  4、蔥、姜切絲,海米先洗掉浮灰,再用清水浸泡一會;

  5、砂鍋放入足量的清水,水開後放入香米;

  6、海米、連同泡海米的水一起倒入砂鍋裡,大火燒開,小火慢煮;中間用湯勺攪動幾次,以免粘鍋底;

  7、煮30分鐘後,放入海蛎子肉、扇貝柱,小火慢煮10分鐘;

  8、放入姜絲;

  9、放入蔥花;

  10、放入适量的鹽、白胡椒粉調味;

  11、再次燒開,米油已浮在表面,可盛出食用。
