  1、主料:大蒜(白皮)800克。

  2、調料:白砂糖50克,白醋400克。

  3、白皮蒜(加工)的須梗适當去掉一部分,再剝掉兩層表皮,放入清水裡浸泡7天,每天換水一次,然後撈出晾曬,直至表皮呈現皺紋時裝壇内。

  4、白糖、白醋調成汁,澆入蒜壇内,蓋嚴蓋,30天左右即成。
