  1、材料:魚露235毫升,米醋180毫升,水45毫升,白糖100克,蒜粉1克,幹紅辣椒1個(去籽,切成細片)。

  2、用一個中碗,将魚露、米醋、水、糖、蒜粉和辣椒混合起來,一直攪拌到糖化掉為止。

  3、嘗一下味道,保證甜,酸,鹹和辣合理平衡。如有需要調整用量。然後倒到瓶子裡蓋上蓋子,拿蔥沾着吃即可。
