  1、沙丁魚化凍、洗淨。

  2、沙丁魚肉厚的地方切一刀,用鹽、料酒腌制半小時。

  3、油熱後逐條放入沙丁魚,改小火炸。

  4、小火炸15分鐘後撈出。

  5、等鍋裡油溫回升後再次放入沙丁魚複炸至金黃即可撈出。

  6、炸好的沙丁魚擺入盤中,撒椒鹽。
