  1、原料:烏雞1隻(約800克)、紅棗4粒、枸杞子20粒左右、花期參片十幾片、參須幾條。

  2、烏雞洗幹淨後切去雞頭和PG;

  3、紅棗4粒,枸杞子20粒左右,花期參片十幾片,參須幾條;

  4、烏雞斬成6塊,生姜一塊拍扁;

  5、把所有材料放進鍋裡,加足清水,大火煮開10分鐘後小火煮 1個半小時,放鹽調味就可以啦。
