肉條炒茄瓜豆角教程

  1、原料:豆角150克、茄子1個、肉200克、泡椒碎約15克、醬油适量、蒜碎适量。

  2、豆角去筋洗淨,切成絲,茄子洗淨切細條;肉洗淨,切絲;

  3、鍋燒熱倒油,下肉絲翻炒,下豆角絲炒至稍變色,倒入醬油,再加些水,煮約3分鐘;

  4、倒入茄子條,炒至茄子軟,倒入泡椒碎;再略為翻炒即可,最後撒上一些蒜碎。
