  1、高筋粉120克,酵母2克,溫水50克,番薯蓉60克,鹽1克,蜜糖10克,糖15克,蛋10克,牛油8克,配料:番薯蓉120克,蜜糖15克,淡奶油30克(拌勻即可),掃面蛋液适量。

  2、做法:基本發酵後滾圓松弛約10分鐘将面團擀成長方形,塗上餡料,由下向上卷起,捏緊收口,用刀切成6等份,放入已鋪錫紙托的模具内。最後發酵至兩倍大,刷上蛋液,入已預熱的190度烤箱約18分鐘。
