  1、用料:蒜苔300g、香椿30g、鹽适量。

  2、蒜苔提前洗淨,晾幹,一定要晾幹沒有水分;

  3、香椿洗淨加鹽出水分,擰幹後晾幹備用;

  4、蒜苔切段,加鹽出水分,香椿切碎與蒜苔攪拌加鹽後開始密封腌制;也可以加香油,也很好吃。
