  1、自制酸奶冷藏可保存10天左右,但前3天的酸奶最新鮮,活菌最多,品質最好,建議在一星期飲用完畢。

  2、将小鍋和玻璃瓶煮沸消毒晾幹。全脂牛奶和酸奶拌勻,再加奶粉、淡奶油攪拌,最後倒入剩餘牛奶。混合後的液體過篩一遍,放酸奶機中發酵8小時左右。然後放涼直接食用即可。
