  1、準備食材:肉50克、餅30克、蔬菜15克、油8克、蔥6克、姜10克、蒜8克、雞蛋2個、醬油15克、清水12克。

  2、将餅、蔬菜和肉切好(餅要切條)。

  3、鍋中放油,将蔥、姜、蒜爆香,并倒入蔬菜翻炒炒出水分,打入雞蛋,倒入餅條翻炒。

  4、然後加入醬油上色。

  5、把清水倒入鍋中燒開即可。
