  1、原料:鮑魚250g、排骨500g、金華火腿20克、鹽。

  2、排骨切小塊,入冷水鍋中煮沸三分鐘後,撈出,用水洗幹淨。金華火腿切細絲。

  3、鮑魚挖去肚子,連同殼洗淨,與排骨、火腿一起放入炖盅裡,加水并蓋蓋。

  4、炖盅放入電炖鍋中,加入适量的水,沸騰後中小火炖2小時,起鍋前加鹽調味即可。
