  1、将蘑菇洗淨,撕碎。

  2、将胎盤在清水中漂洗幹淨,入沸水鍋氽透,撈出,用涼水沖洗幹淨,瀝淨水分,切成條塊;豬瘦肉洗淨與蘑菇、胎盤同入砂鍋,擺上蔥節、姜片,注入清水适量。

  3、将砂鍋置武火上燒沸,撇去浮沫,然後改用文火炖之,待胎盤熟爛,撈出蔥節、姜片,放入精鹽、味精少許調好味即可服用。每劑分2—4次食完。
