蟹黃焖魚肚

材料:水發魚肚300克,熟蟹黃20克,西蘭花200克,鹽1/2茶匙,味精1/4茶匙,水澱粉2茶匙,二湯200克,蔥油2茶匙。

将水發魚肚焯水,鍋内加入二湯,鹽、味精、魚肚。

燒開後轉中火入味,勾芡,淋入蔥油,整齊排入盤中。

撒上熟蟹黃,西蘭花圍邊即可。
