1、主料:糯米300克 輔料:紅豆沙200克 椰蓉30克。

2、糯米提前浸泡一天,将糯米放入飯煲,加比平時煮飯少的水,煮糯米飯。

3、先将糯米飯鋪在不沾盤裡,上面放一層紅豆沙,再放一層糯米飯。保鮮膜包好,糯米飯完全冷卻後表面撒一層椰蓉。

4、小貼士:煮糯米飯要加比平時煮飯少的水,因為浸泡的過程糯米已經吸足了水分,否則煮好的糯米飯會太軟,不易定型。
