  1、食材:蝦仁300克,雞蛋3隻,料酒3克,精鹽2克,高湯适量,蔥姜少許,濕團粉30克,花生油50克。

  2、将蝦仁洗淨,去掉蝦線,加入鹽、料酒、雞蛋清1個、澱粉2克上菜,抓勻。

  3、将雞蛋打碎,放入碗中,加少許鹽攪勻,梢内放油,放入油鍋中煎,煎至五成熟時,将蝦仁下入,翻炒,熟後即可裝盤。
