  1、将鮮鲅魚切成薄片。

  2、鍋中加适量油,加蔥、姜、幹辣椒、一匙老幹媽豆豉醬、一匙白糖煸炒出香味。

  3、煸出香味後加水、鹽。

  4、水滾後倒入鲅魚。

  5、炖到把湯收幹,加入蒜苔、雞精翻炒幾下,即可出鍋。
