  1、食材:鴨腸适量,五香粉适量,鹽适量,糖适量,蜂蜜适量,蔥姜适量,八角适量。

  2、将五香粉,鹽,糖在一起拌勻。蔥切段,姜切片。

  3、鴨腸洗淨,晾幹水,在鴨子胸腔内,摸勻調好的五香粉。蔥姜也同時放入,八角也放入。

  4、将鴨腸的開口處用線逢上。外部抹勻加水稀釋的蜂蜜。晾幹

  5、烤箱加溫到200度,放入晾幹的鴨腸。正面烤19分鐘,背面10分鐘。就可以吃了。
