1、将地瓜去皮,上蒸鍋蒸熟壓成泥。

2、地瓜泥+糯米粉+白糖和成團。

3、将地瓜糯米團分成20個劑子,将每個劑子搓成丸子。

4、鍋内放油,待油燒至8成熱時,放入丸子,待丸子炸至金黃色時即可起鍋,稍放涼即可食用。
