  4、還可在卧室内做輕松的運動,比如拉伸運動、瑜伽、仰卧起坐等,使自己處于輕度疲勞狀态,更加容易入睡;

  5、可用艾葉水泡腳,艾葉能夠促進全身血液循環,改善大腦供血,縮短入睡時間;
