  1、用料:蝦皮、韭菜、調料食鹽适量、生抽适量、生粉适量、元貞糖适量、芝麻油适量。

  2、蝦皮洗淨瀝幹水。

  3、韭菜洗淨切碎。

  4、豬肉洗淨剁碎後與蝦皮及韭菜一齊攪拌均勻,然後用适量鹽、生粉、糖、生抽、麻油腌制2小時。

  5、鍋内放少量油,燒熱後加入腌好的原料翻炒至熟即可。
