西蘭花焯水在水開後放進鍋裡2到3分鐘能熟。
焯西蘭花步驟如下：
1、先燒開一鍋水。
2、在鍋中放3勺鹽到水裡，若水較多，再次加鹽入味。
3、用小湯勺放2到4勺油到鍋裡。
4、往鍋中放入西藍花，等西藍花變色撈出，西蘭花焯水完成。
