這就看個人需求了，有胸墊的說到底就是為了美觀，所以樣式也會花哨，比如蕾絲啊，裙邊啊之類的，專業的就是不考慮美觀，一切設計都是為了泳速，相對來說要難看一點，不要胸墊也行。
