排骨450克、蓮藕200g,玉米1根、胡蘿蔔1根、蔥姜

做法步驟:

1⃣️排骨剁小塊,玉米、胡蘿蔔、蓮藕切段,蔥姜切好排骨冷水放鍋中,加蔥段,姜片料酒煮開後洗淨。

2⃣️鍋中熱油,排骨放入鍋中煎至兩面微黃,放姜片,加足沸水,加入玉米,蓮藕小火炖煮半小時,再加胡蘿蔔炖煮半小時,出鍋加鹽少許雞精和蔥花枸杞調味即可~
