蒜蓉炒苋菜如何做

準備材料:苋菜500克,大蒜40克,鹽2克,味精2克,醬油20克,醋10克,白砂糖15克,香油20克,辣椒油30克。

将苋菜從尖頂往下折成小節,撕去筋,棄掉質老部分,洗淨。大蒜去皮洗淨,搗成蒜泥。

鍋洗淨加水燒開,倒入苋菜煮至斷生,撈出瀝幹水分,放入盆内,加入精鹽、香油、醬油、醋、糖、味精、紅辣椒油及蒜泥,拌勻裝盤即成。
