将細玉米面、黃豆粉放入盆中,逐漸加入溫水揉和均勻,使面團柔韌有勁;

面團揉勻後搓成圓條,再摘成面劑;

在捏窩頭前,右手先蘸點涼水,擦在左手心上,以免捏時粘手;

取面劑放在左手心裡,用右手指揉撚幾下,将風幹的表皮捏軟,再用兩手搓成球形,仍放入左手心裡;

右手沾點涼水,在面球中間鑽1個小洞,邊鑽邊轉動手指,左手拇指及中指同時協同捏攏;

将窩頭上端捏成尖形,直到窩頭捏到0.3厘米厚,且内壁外表均光滑,上屜用武火蒸20分鐘即成。
