材料:

香菇 (7朵)

幹木耳 (3大把)

姜片 (少許)

調味料:

醬油膏 (3大匙)

黑醋 (1/2茶匙)

水 (2碗)

做法步驟:

1.将香菇泡軟,去蒂切對半,備用。

2.幹木耳泡軟洗淨。

3.炒鍋放油燒熱,先放姜片、香菇入鍋炒香。

4.木耳入鍋拌勻,再放入醬油,加水焖鍋。

5.煮至木耳軟,加入黑醋,拌勻即可盛盤。
