最後一個純糯米的粽子，早上剝開發現部分變成了粉紅色，不知道還能不能吃？細算一下，已經常溫泡水存放了5天，昨天晚上吃了一個，沒出現什麼問題？我們這裡是把煮好的一大鍋粽子，常溫泡在清水裡，每天換一兩次水，一直到吃完，如果時間長了一般會回火再煮一下。放冰箱冷藏會回生變硬，口感變差。
