溪魚焖豆腐怎麼做好吃

主料:豆腐400克,草魚500克,西紅柿2個。輔料:薄荷葉。

豆腐切方塊,煎兩面,煎的同時均勻撒鹽在上面。醬油,鹽,酒,姜腌好魚,下油鍋煎一下,前期可以快速翻炒,後面快熟就不要炒了易碎。

放入西紅柿一起炒。等西紅柿變軟一點放入煎好的豆腐一起焖四分鐘左右。放入薄荷葉。完成出鍋。
