  1、食材:黃蜀葵莖及根30克,雞蛋2隻,甜酒适量。

  2、做法:将上味洗淨,切碎,用白紗布包好,紮緊,與雞蛋一起放入奶鍋内,倒入甜酒,用微火将雞蛋煮熟,揀去紗布藥包不用,食蛋飲酒。

  3、用途:補血,養胃,益腎,消腫,通乳,乳腺炎,乳汁不下或,乳汁不足。
