  1、儲備做湯用的輔料:西紅柿,菠菜,土豆,蔥,辣椒油。給鍋裡倒入适量的油,開火等油熱,先把蔥花放入,等炸出蔥味,然後再放土豆和辣醬油,還有鹽,味精,雞精等調料。翻炒至土豆熟。

  2、給鍋裡加水,一直等到水開然後再下面條。開鍋之後放入菠菜。開鍋之後給加點涼水,這樣面條容易爛,再次開鍋之後面條就好了,可以盛飯了
