  1、斜刀将魚肉片開。

  2、将雞精、白胡椒粉、鹽和澱粉倒進魚肉裡。

  3、加入料酒攪拌均勻。鍋中加油燒熱,放入蔥姜,煸炒出香味後,西紅柿下鍋。

  4、待西紅柿軟爛後,加番茄醬繼續翻炒,加水熬成濃湯,待湯煮沸,放入準備好的魚肉,肉熟後關火出鍋即可。
