豆豉鲅魚的做法

  1、主料:鲅魚一條、鹽、糖、醬油、料酒、五香粉、蔥、姜、花生油、香油、豆豉、上湯各适量。

  2、鲅魚處理幹淨,切厚片,加蔥姜腌制入味。

  3、用六七成熱油将魚炸至醬紅色。

  4、蔥姜爆香,加豆鼓,加湯,調味,加魚塊,急火燒開,慢火煨透,急火收汁,加香油即可。
