啤酒燒魚的做法

  1、将鮮鲩魚宰殺(可在市場叫小販幫忙處理),洗淨,兩邊橫切幾刀,方便入味,加适量鹽、姜絲腌一下,瀝幹水待用。

  2、所有配料洗淨,大蒜切段、香芹摘去葉子切段,青紅椒、姜切片,西紅柿切塊即可。

  3、大火将鍋燒熱後,加适量油燒熱,魚表面先抹一層薄薄幹生粉,入鍋煎至兩面金黃

  4、将魚推至一邊,放入大蒜白、香芹、青紅椒、姜片爆香,倒入啤酒沒至魚身,加适量鹽煮沸後蓋好鍋蓋焖約5分鐘。

  5、将餘下大蒜葉、番茄入鍋煮軟,加适量生抽、雞精調味,即可裝碟上桌。
