  1、材料:韭菜、黃蚬、蔥姜、料酒、鹽。

  2、韭菜洗淨切寸段;鍋裡放清水和蔥姜燒開,倒入黃蚬,加入料酒,大火煮至黃蚬開口撈出剝出蚬肉。

  3、炒鍋燒熱後倒入油,油熱後倒入韭菜、蚬肉大火急炒。

  4、加鹽調味後炒勻即可出鍋。
