  1、藜麥磨成藜麥粉。

  2、加水前先搖晃一下,讓藜麥營養粉磨散開,更易溶于水。

  3、如果是50g左右的營養粉,可加入300毫升左右的溫水(不超過45度)或涼水;覺得不夠飽腹的,還可以選擇牛奶/豆奶之類的液體。可根據個人口味調節水量。

  4、加完水後,充分攪拌或搖晃。

  5、待輕藜麥營養粉完全溶解與水後,即可享用哦~
