  1、腌好的鹹蟹子連湯水都放入冰箱内冷藏,以湯水不凍冰為最佳,這樣可以放置很長時間。還可将腌好的鹹蟹子蒸熟,出鍋後散放在陰涼處晾透,再裝放陰涼處,爾後每天蒸1次,可保持原有之鮮美。

  2、腌好的鹹蟹子可以直接冷藏,将鹹蟹子用食品塑料袋裝好,然後放入冰箱内的冷藏櫃即可;将鹹蟹子放入盒子中,鋪一層冰塊并撒鹽,這樣一層鹹蟹子一層冰就可以延長保存時間;可以将鹹蟹子蒸熟,放置在幹燥陰涼處保存。
