  1、原料:派皮(pie crust)、桂花醬、芝麻各适量,配料:白糖适量。

  2、派皮按包裝說明解凍至室溫,以合适小碗倒扣按壓分成若幹小圓餅;

  3、桂花醬中加入少許白糖拌勻,放在小圓餅中心,用包包子的手法捏圓包攏,褶口朝下壓扁;

  4、兩面沾少許水後放入芝麻中拍勻,讓表面沾滿芝麻;

  5、烤箱預熱,烤一分鐘至表面金黃即可。
