肉末蒸魚豆腐

  1、将豆腐切成2cm的方塊,肉切末;

  2、菜放入切好的肉末中;

  3、加入2茶匙蚝油,充分抓勻,腌制15分鐘;

  4、将切好的豆腐擺盤,均勻撒上腌好的肉末;

  5、在微波爐專用蒸鍋的底盤中照刻度放入适量清水;

  6、加蒸盤,将肉末豆腐放入蒸盤中,蓋上蒸鍋蓋子後放入微波爐,選擇蒸制模式,時間設定為9分鐘左右;

  7、提示音提示時将豆腐取出,淋少許蒸魚豉油;

  8、最後撒上蔥花即可。
